3. Under limited space conditions, filter and mounting base can be connected

electrically. (^ 49)

4. Screw the filter onto the mounting plate.

– Use M5 screw and washer assemblies or M5 hexagon socket screws with washers.

– If further devices are to be mounted directly adjacent on the right−hand side of the

filter, do not tighten the screws fully before all devices are mounted and aligned.

– Tightening torque: 3.4 Nm (30 lb−in).

I Tip!

Under limited space conditions, filter and mounting base can be connected

electrically when step 2 has been carried out.

Mounting steps

How to proceed for side−by−side mounting:

1. Prepare M5 threaded holes on the mounting plate, for instance according to the

mounting grid.

– Always use all mounting points specified.

2. Mount the filter on the prepared mounting plate to the left of the mounting base.

– Use M5 screw and washer assemblies or M5 hexagon socket screws with washers.

– If further devices are to be mounted directly adjacent on the right−hand side of the

filter, do not tighten the screws fully before all devices are mounted and aligned.

– Tightening torque: 3.4 Nm (30 lb−in).
