1 Voltage inhibit 0 = Voltage inhibit active

3 Operation enable 0 = Operation inhibited

4 RFG inhibit Inhibit of the ramp-funtion generator.
Quick stop is activated without the controller leaving its status.

5 RFG- stop 820X: Reserved
821X, 822X: Output of the RFG (speed setpoint integrator) is ”frozen”.
