7.3.4.10 Optimising control

The final controller settings are carried out online during commissioning with load on the real

machine.

 How to optimise the control system

1. Use the menu command Online  Login, or log in on the Lenze Controller with <Alt>+<F8>.

• For this, the PLC program must be error-free.

• By means of the log-in, the PLC program is loaded into the controller. In doing so, any

existing program is overwritten.

2. Press the <F5> function key to start the PLC program.

3. Open the tab Signal flow  Chart A and select the display mode (operating mode).

The corresponding signal flow diagram is shown with the current parameter values.
