8.3.2 S2, short-term operation

The operating time with constant load does not suffice to reach the thermal steady state. During

the break that follows, the motor can cool down to the initial temperature.

Acceleration time required by the drive until the constant load condition is reached.

Deceleration time required by the drive until standstill.
